Vina International Holdings Limited was established in 2005 for trading. We produce USB chargers, car chargers, and travel chargers. We have over 10 years' experience in OEM and ODM for clients from European and Asian markets.
Equipped with Advanced Machinery
In 2013, we moved to a new and bigger factory (4,000 square meters). We have our mold marking machine, injection molding machine, oil injection machine, and SMT machine, so we can conduct good control of housing quality from injection to printing. The new tooling marking in 20 to 25 days. We have our own molding plant, and it takes us only 25 days to finish a new design from molding to mass production. We also focus on developing new products to meet the ever-changing market demand as well.

IQC: 6 staff with good training inspect each material. 2 staff inspect the electronics components, 1 staff inspects plastic housing case, 1 staff inspects package, 2 staff inspect all accessories part.
PQC: 6 staff inspect semi finished articles during producing process, offset function one by one with professional machine and software.
FQC: 5 staff do final inspection for all finished products before shipment. 2 staff inspect our own products in factory, 3 staff go to cooperate factories to inspect the items we are sourcing. All sourcing items will come to our warehouse do final inspection.
