Press on/off button once enter transmit mode, LCD will show the current transmit frequency, press up or down button to increase or decrease adjust frequency
Press on/off button once again to stop transmit and the real time will show on LCD display
When the unit show the time, press and hold down button for about three seconds enter setting mode, the lase number of minute will flash
Press up or down button to set your desired digit, press down button to confirm and enter to set the first digit of minute, using the same operation to set the digit of minute and hour
The LCD will show the time after not pressing button for about three seconds
